A gentle space for children to breathe, regulate, create and simply be themselves.
These nurturing sessions are designed to support children who may feel anxious, sensitive, overwhelmed, highly energetic, emotionally overloaded or in need of a calm and supportive space.
Through storytelling, gentle movement, creative expression and nervous system regulation tools, children are encouraged to reconnect with themselves in a playful, safe and grounding
environment.
The intention is not to pressure children to "perform" or open up, but simply to offer a peaceful space where they can feel safe, heard, creative and supportive.
Sessions may include: calming guided stories and imagination journeys; a peaceful stroll through a beautiful garden; gentle stretching and mindful movement; breathing and grounding techniques; playful sound and shake exercises to release tension; creative expression and storytelling; quiet moments of rest, reflection and emotional supportl
Each session is guided gently according to the child's individual needs, energy and comfort level.

These sessions offer a calm, supportive space for reflection, conversation and gentle self-discovery.
Together, over a warm cup of tea or coffee, we use intuitive tools such as oracle cards, storytelling, conversation and guided reflection to explore emotions, patterns, inner guidance and the thoughts that may be keeping you feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
Each session unfolds naturally according to what you need on the day, in a grounded, compassionate and supportive environment.

I follow a gentle, compassionate and intuitive approach designed to support emotional balance, confidence, relaxation and energetic wellbeing for younger clients and teens, while also welcoming adults who feel drawn to my creative, nurturing style.
Each session begins with a gentle consultation where you have space to share how you've been feeling physically, emotionally and energetically, and what you'd like support with.
You are then guided into a deeply relaxing Reiki treatment in a calm, supportive environment designed to help the body and nervous system slow down and reset.
Clients often describe feeling warmth, lightness, emotional release, deep rest or quiet clarity during and after a session. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive practice that supports relaxation, stress reduction and the body's natural healing response.
Reiki is suitable for anyone experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, fatigue, grief, burnout or simply needing space to reconnect with themselves.

Gift your child an experience where every spoken word ignites the imagination. I create these cozy audio stories with the intention of blending mindfulness with wonder, using the soothing power of voice to support healthy emotional growth while fostering a lifelong love for storytelling.
Despite undergoing several medical spinal and hypogastric blocks, it was ultimately through integrative Reiki healing, intuitive art, and holistic well-being practices that I regained my life force, strength, and vitality. Having walked through that darkness to find my own light, I emerged as an intuitive artist and healer, dedicated to doing light work that supports and uplifts future generations.
This profound healing journey reconnected me to my deepest sanctuary - the natural world. I hold an immense love for animals, children and nature, finding endless awe in the vastness and the stories the sky has to tell. I feel a sense of childhood wonder in the promise of sunlight and rainbows, easily imagining the majestic angels and dragons that fly through the realms of the heavens.
The elements themselves are my companions. I deeply immerse myself in the ocean waters like a mermaid, holding whales and dolphins close as my deepest heart companions. And whenever I plant my feet into a nature reserve or a quiet forest trail, my inner world of fairy wonder instantly ignites with curiosity and play. It is this exact sense of safe, imaginative freedom and restored vitality that I bring into my work with families.
Integrating My Foundations
To stand boldly in the work that I do today, I bring forward a rich tapestry of formal recognitions and deeply integrated learning. Being grounded in arts and education allowed me to build the structural foundations of my career, holding a BA Dramatic Arts Degree from Stellenbosch University alongside a Postgraduate Degree in Education from UNISA. This formal background taught me the mechanics of human development and the power of narrative to touch the soul.
Yet, when life required a deeper, more profound restoration of my own life force, it was through cultivating presence and well-being that I truly found my alignment. Stepping into the spaces of energy and mindfulness, as a Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Practitioner as well as a Reiki Practitioner, did something no textbook or classroom ever could. These practices became the breathing room for my survival and subsequent thriving, teaching me that true wellness is felt and lived rather than just studied.
This deep, internal anchoring naturally reshape the way I approach guiding growth and structured support. While I am equipped with the rigorous frameworks of a Certified Life Coach, Business and Management Coach and Scrum Master, alongside specialized training in Trauma Support and the Time to Think methodology, these tools do not define my sessions. Instead, they serve as a beautifully held, professional container.
My credentials ensure a safe, highly recognized, and organized trajectory, but it is the lived mastery of experience and holistic healing that breathes true magic, intuition, and transformative power into every journey I help to facilitate and co-create.
The Pathway
My journey started with a quiet yet deep understanding that storytelling transcends speech and everyday language - it is a felt vibration that acts as a meaningful link between our inner worlds and the shared human heart.
For decades, I have walked a path dedicated to understanding how we learn, how we process emotions, and how we grow. Today, my work brings together a lifelong integration of artistic expression, educational expertise, and gentle well-being. I have discovered that the most profound paths to personal growth are frequently the softest - a truth that was illuminated for me through my own lived experience of deep challenge, resilience, and physical renewal.
A Journey of Resilience, Nature, and Living Magic
My commitment to holding space for others is rooted in a deeply personal story of overcoming. Having navigated the ripples of childhood sexual trauma, my strength was tested in a completely new way at the age of 40 when I was diagnosed with endometriosis.
The condition progressed to an overwhelming extent of intense neural pain and a deep state of depression. I reached a stage where my physical independence was stripped away, leaving me unable to walk, drive a car, or even feel the grounding touch of the waves beneath my feet.
